Welcome to Bella Ink Tattoo’s portfolio website (the “Site”). By accessing or using this Site, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the Site.




1. Purpose of the Site

The Site is provided solely for informational and viewing purposes, showcasing the artwork and tattoos created by Bella Ink Tattoo.




2. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including but not limited to images, artwork, logos, text, and designs, is the exclusive property of Bella Ink Tattoo unless otherwise noted. This content is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Usage Restrictions: You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or otherwise use the content without prior written permission from Bella Ink Tattoo.
Personal Use Only: Visitors may view and download images solely for personal, non-commercial purposes, provided no copyright or proprietary notices are removed.




3. Prohibited Activities

When using the Site, you agree not to:

Use the content for commercial purposes without authorization.
Attempt to access, hack, or disrupt the Site or its underlying systems.
Misrepresent the work as your own or in any way infringe on the intellectual property rights of Bella Ink Tattoo.




4. Third-Party Links

The Site may include links to third-party websites for reference or convenience. Bella Ink Tattoo does not endorse or control these external sites and is not responsible for their content or policies.




5. Disclaimer of Liability

The Site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Bella Ink Tattoo is not liable for any damages resulting from your use of the Site, including but not limited to technical issues, inaccuracies, or unauthorized use of the content.




6. Changes to Terms

Bella Ink Tattoo reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time without notice. Continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.




7. Agreement

If you are interested in a tattoo, please fill out the folowing form ( Contact Form ) and I will get back to you as soon as possible. All fields are required in order to submit the contact form. I charge $120 an hour, there is a $50 NON-REFUNDABLE deposit due in order to book an appoinment and or start on the artwork. I accept cash, Zelle, Paypal or Venmo for the deposit. The remainder is cash only and due when you come for your tattoo session (the deposit is credited to the total price). The deposit is only due after I have reviewed your message and I have sent you a total price. Then if you agree and want to book an appointment, I'll send deposit payment instructions. The total price you receive is based on an estimated time I think it will take to do the tattoo and this is a fixed price. It will be that price if it takes a little less time, or if it takes me longer to complete. No surprise price changes! When booking your appointment, always allow extra time, if your estimated tattoo time is 5hrs, you should be prepared for 7hrs. I will not rush because you did not allow extra time. We have to have time for last minute adjustments to the artwork, placement of the stencil and atleast 20 minutes dry time for the stencil and of course extra time if it takes longer to do the extra tattoo. If you need to reschedule an appointment, this must be done atleast two days (48hrs) prior, or you forfeit your deposit. I try to accomodate the best I can to give you options to get you on the schedule at the earliest available date. There are two reschedules allowed, a third reschedule will result in a forfeiture of your deposit and a new deposit will be required to book an appointment again. Non-refundable deposit - cancellation of appointment by you will forfeit your deposit. In the rare event I have to reschedule your appointment for any reason, this will not count against you and I will work with you to get you rescheduled as quickly as possible. Using the contact form and or paying a deposit is your agreement and acceptance of The Terms of Use and part 7. Agreement (in the Terms of Use) of bellainktattoo.com and is a contractually binding agreement between you and bellainktattoo.com and or your Tattoo artist.
